Consulting Services

$200/hour, discountable for volume and on-going support projects

Training Services

Course development and initial presentation: $200/hour

Repeat presentations (includes maintenance of course materials): $250/hour for each hour of class room time plus two hours for each day on which a class occurs. (E.g., $2500/ 8-hour class day or $1500/ 4-hour class day.) These fees are discountable for volume.

Travel and Expenses

There is no charge for travel time or expenses within:
  Berkshire, Franklin, Hampden, and Hampshire Counties, Massachusetts;
  Albany, Rensselaer, Saratoga, and Schenectady Counties, New York; and
  Bennington and Windham Counties, Vermont.

There is no charge for travel time on any project or trip for which the billable hours for services exceed the travel time, clocked portal to portal. If the travel time exceeds the billable hours for services, the difference in hours is billable at $100/hour.

Expenses for travel outside the counties listed above are billed at 100% of cost and are not discountable.

Expenses other than for travel are billed at 100% of cost and are not discountable.

Payment

Net payment is due 30 calendar days after date of invoice, in US funds payable in the US. Interest of 2%/month is charged after 30 days.
